I know how to write rules, but these are going to defy all educational research and get straight to the point. We are all adults here:
1. No degrading of ideas
2. No cursing
3. No bashing of anyone's or anyone else's educational system.
This is going to be a relaxing place! 
4. Get your business up and running so you can see profits as quickly and ethically as possible. You've got a lot of work to do and NO COMPLAINING!
5. FINAL RULE: Don't say, "You don't know nothing about running a business, I took education classes."
That doesn't matter. And you actually know more than you think you know. Just wait and see.
